虛幻願景比不過現實銀子 日月光收購矽品越5%門檻
封測併購大戰打得火熱，儘管矽品找來鴻海當靠山，鴻海董事長郭台銘也親上火線，大談鴻矽聯盟未來發展願景，但是在全球金融劇烈波動下，投資人顯然寧願選擇現金為上，日月光今（18）日上午公布，公開收購矽品普通股及美國存託憑證等股權已經超過最低收購數量5%的門檻，正式成為矽品的重要股東之一，接下來日月光能收購到多少的股權將攸關其在矽品的地位。
日月光上午公告表示，公開收購矽品普通股及美國存託憑證，截至9月18日10時，累計參與台灣公開收購應賣普通股數達1億5654萬6720股，已超過預定最低收購數量1億5581萬8056股，公開收購條件已成就。同時公司將持續在台灣公開收購矽品普通股至台灣時間9月22日下午3時30分止。美國公開收購將於紐約時間9月22日凌晨1時30分截止。
換言之，日月光公開收購矽品股權已經達到最低5%的門檻，成為矽品重要股東之一，而日月光最高目標為收購矽品股權達25%。
日月光於8月24日啟動以每股新台幣45元公開收購矽品25%股份，突如其來的舉動讓矽品找上鴻海進行策略聯盟，於8月28日宣布，透過增資新股交換策略聯盟，鴻海將持有矽品8.4億股，占矽品增資後約21.24%股權，鴻海一夜之間成矽品最大股東。
儘管矽品董事長林文伯不斷呼籲矽品股東不要賣股，讓日月光無法達到控制矽品目的，同時也呼籲股東支持公司在10月15日舉行股東臨時會，使所有議案順利通過。甚至在日前與鴻海董事長郭台銘同台大談策略聯盟好處與願景。
只是今年科技產業景氣不如預期，全球金融市場波動，讓矽品股東不容易抵擋日月光出的誘人價格，還看不到的願景，抵不過現實的銀子。而雙方從鴻海、矽品老董相繼站上第一線向股東拉票之外，更大打廣告戰，日月光在主要財經媒體刊登「矽品股東大補帖」教導投資人如何參與應賣；而矽品也在平面媒體刊登廣告，強調鴻矽結盟優點，並希望股東不要賣股，讓10月15日即將召開的股東臨時會能順利通過議案，讓鴻海、矽品順利結盟。
